Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
How do I return my order?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed. Must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, etc. or wear.
- All returns are refunded via store credit.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to Contact@kingdomculturecouture.com
- Print out your original order confirmation
- Package the shirt with the original order confirmation

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "ward-robing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Kingdom Culture Couture items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Can I do a custom order?
Yes you can just send us an email to: email@example.com with your request for a custom designs, we will then send you a few options of products we have, you will then tell us what you would like on the product, then from there we will do the design and the mock up. Once you approve and payment is received, we will print and ship your order.
